Ingredients: 250 g Ulam Mismo! Sisig (pork or chicken or chunky); 100 g fried tofu, in chunks; 1 pc small white onion, minced; 1 pc finger pepper, chopped; 1 pc siling labuyo, chopped; 1/8 kg fried pork liver or chicken liver, mashed; 5-7 pcs cloves of garlic, minced; 70 ml mayonnaise; 10 ml calamansi juice (optional)

Ingredients

250 g Ulam Mismo! Sisig (pork or chicken or chunky)
100 g fried tofu, in chunks
1 pc small white onion, minced
1 pc finger pepper, chopped
1 pc siling labuyo, chopped
1/8 kg fried pork liver or chicken liver, mashed
5-7 pcs cloves of garlic, minced
70 ml mayonnaise
10 ml calamansi juice (optional)

Directions

Sauté onions, liver, Ulam Mismo! Sisig in a pan. Set aside.
Mix garlic and mayonnaise.
Combine sautéed sisig, garlic mayo, tofu, finger pepper, and bell pepper.
Serve on a sizzling plate.
Add calamansi juice and sprinkle siling labuyo.
